Through ISS, our team brings over 20 years of combined experience in staffing, sanitation, and workforce solutions across multiple industries.

Our team helps you implement effective sanitation programs and controls to achieve reliable cleaning results and effective processes. We do this with a fully integrated four-step approach.

Assessment

We undertakes a thorough on-site evaluation to validate processes and outcomes of your current sanitation programs. The assessment includes a review of documentation like Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP’s) and Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS); observations of cleaning procedures, tools, and (hourly) staffing; selection and deployment of chemicals; infrastructure and equipment.

Develop

We work with the sanitation, quality and operations teams to develop a strategic plan of action that addresses those risks and allows the customer to maintain it into the future, based on details and data.

Educate and implement

We educate all our team members on the plan details, including the most effective ways to clean, document procedures and execute efficiently and effectively. All team members are instructed on classroom training as a part of the hire process before they start a project.

we verify results for the customer, evaluating the effectiveness of the current plan and identifying areas for ongoing improvement, if necessary.
